You have the right to return purchased products within 10 days of purchase for a full refund of purchase price as long as, the products is in perfect condition, complete and undamaged. The hydrogen unit has not been installed, filled with electrolyte and/or been turned on and/or used in any manner, taking apart or disassembling the hydrogen unit or bubbler, void all warranties and refunds. If you have installed the hydrogen kit you may not return it for any reason except warranty repair. No refunds issued after installed or used in any manner.
If not returned within 10 days then www.HHOmart.com can not accept any return and replacement. In any case, the maximum time for replacement back may not be extended beyond the ten (10) calendar days from the date of receipt. Moreover, for all cases, if a product develops a covered defect within the warranty period, www.HHOmart.com, will repair or replace the product without charge, provided that the product is returned during the warranty period together with the original sales receipt (copy of the receipt is not acceptable). Before any return is prior consultation with www.HHOmart.com.
We do not accept returns based on mileage results because we have no control over the quality of the installation.
We do not accept returns based on customers perception or measurement of production level of hho or pure hydrogen gas. We measure our units for many hours.
Shipping Costs are not refundable or reimbursed under any circumstances, unless we make a mistake on your order. Also there is a 15% restocking fee for any returned kit. Once the packages are in international air space they can be subject to delays in travel, and customs in respective countries. We are not responsible for customs or tariffs or import duties, but is the responsibility of the respective customer.
Returns are processed in the order in which they are received. Once the return is received, www.HHOmart.com typically processes returns in 3 -5 business day(s). We will e-mail after the return has been processed. If your items(s) do not qualify for a refund based on the terms of this Return Policy, we will notify you via e-mail and you must contact our Customer Service team at sales@HHOmart.com, to make arrangements to have the item(s) returned to you at your cost. If such arrangements are not made within 30 days from the date of the notice, we may dispose of the item(s) at our discretion.
9. Replacements - Repair policy
www.HHOmart.com has installed various testing equipments so that every step of the production is punctuated by quality testing. Our products are tested before they are supplied in the market. And for that reason after 30 days the kit may no longer be returned except for warranty work or replacement. Every effort is made to construct quality Hydrogen Generators. The items are checked and tested before being packaged and shipped. We guarantee our hydrogen generators will operate as efficient hho gas generators and will continue to work well as long as properly installed, maintained and flushed on a regular basis.
For packages or items that appear to have been damaged in shipment, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. If we are not contacted within 3 days, we may not be able to file a claim with the carrier in time and, therefore, may not be able to replace the damaged item(s).
HHO / Hydrogen Generators must be maintained on a normal basis. If you notice a reduction in performance,this is not a defect or an indication it is broken. It simply indicates it is time to drain the electrolyte, flush it with clean water and refill with fresh distilled water and electrolyte - do NOT send it back until you have performed a maintenance cycle on it.
